Good to know

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Your room is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival until 10:00 on the day of departure. Should you arrive earlier, we will be happy to store your luggage at the reception.
If you require a late check-in after 18:00 or a late check-out, please let us know in advance and we will gladly make the necessary arrangements whenever possible.

Double Room for Single Use

Our rooms are also available for solo travellers, with special reduced rates for single occupancy.

Families & Children

For little guests aged 0 to 3 years, we apply a daily supplement of € 15,–. A cot can be added for an additional € 5,– per day (€ 20,– total).

For children aged 4 and above, we can arrange an extra bed at 50% of the regular per-person rate. Please contact us in advance for the arrangements.

Dogs

Travelling with your four-legged companion? Dogs are welcome throughout the hotel, from breakfast on the balcony to dinner on the terrace. We kindly ask that dogs are kept on a leash at all times. A supplement of € 10,– per day applies (food not included).

Half board

At Hotel Du Lac, you can choose our half-board option and enjoy a daily changing selection of authentic Italian dishes for € 45,– per person.

Parking

Hotel Du Lac does not have its own parking facilities. Guests receive a complimentary voucher for the public parking areas nearby.

Ristorante La Bissa

Our restaurant La Bissa serves authentic Italian cuisine with a unique panoramic view of the lake. Open for dinner from 19:00 to 21:30. Closed on Mondays.

Cancellation & Travel Insurance

Your stay can be cancelled free of charge up to one month before arrival. Later cancellations will incur the full cost of the stay. For this reason, we highly recommend adding travel insurance.
