How to Reach Us

Hotel Du Lac is located on the western shore of Lake Garda, along the scenic Gardesana Occidentale. The final stretch of the journey follows the lakeshore, offering beautiful views of the water as you make your way to Gargnano.

Our location is conveniently connected to the region’s main airports. Verona Airport is approximately one hour away by car, while Milan Bergamo can be reached in around one hour and fifteen minutes.

Arriving by Plane

The closest airports are Verona Villafranca and Milan Bergamo, both approximately one hour from the residence by car, depending on the season and the traffic. Milan Linate and Milan Malpensa are also possible options, although the journey is longer.

For a relaxed arrival, we recommend arranging a private transfer and enjoying the final part of your journey without having to worry about the road.

By Car

Coming from the south on the A4 Milan–Venice motorway, we recommend exiting at Brescia Est or Desenzano. From there, follow the signs towards Salò and join the scenic Gardesana Occidentale, which follows the western shore of the lake towards Gargnano.

Coming from the north on the A22 Brenner motorway, take the Rovereto Sud – Lago di Garda Nord exit. Continue through Riva del Garda and follow the Gardesana Occidentale southwards, taking in the beauty of the lakeshore on your way to Gargnano.

By Train

If you are travelling by train, the nearest main station is Desenzano del Garda-Sirmione, an important connection between Milan and Venice.
From the station, Gargnano is approximately 50 minutes away by taxi or local bus, with the route following the lakeshore.

By Bus

The ARRIVA bus network connects Gargnano with the main towns around Lake Garda. The LN027 line runs between Brescia, Desenzano and Riva del Garda, with a stop just a short and pleasant walk from the residence.

Arriving by Ferry

For an especially beautiful arrival, come by boat.
Navigazione Laghi services connect Gargnano with Desenzano and the main towns on the southern shore of the lake. Seeing the residence appear from the water is a memorable first glimpse of your home on Lake Garda.
